Leeswann Bolden is a Solutions Engineer at Graphisoft with over a decade of experience helping architecture and design firms optimize workflows through BIM modeling, training, and implementation. She holds master’s degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Since joining Graphisoft in 2014, Leeswann has advanced through roles in BIM consulting, customer success, and enterprise account management—delivering tailored solutions, leading training sessions, and guiding firms through digital transformation with Archicad and BIMcloud. Her expertise spans strategic planning, workflow design, and technology adoption for clients ranging from boutique studios to global enterprises.

I’m Philipp Schuster, Head of PM. Analytics at MAIA360. My background is in architecture and civil engineering, and my work focuses on BIM, data management, project analytics and digital workflows for the built environment.

At MAIA360, I work on making complex project information more structured, connected and useful - particularly in cost management, value engineering, sustainability and tendering. I’m especially interested in how digital workflows can help project teams work smarter, make better decisions and get more value out of their data.
